Italy’s Giorgina Meloni was not invited to the dinner and this has caused some tensions between European leaders. While a dinner may seem small, the challenges that the European Union faces are not.
The Unites States has long had relations within Latin America from its time as a early republic, defining itself and its place among other nations.
